Transformative Virtual SLP Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a virtual SLP in Brooks, Oregon.

About the Role

This is a full-time, virtual opportunity that requires a strong background in speech therapy with experience working with students across multiple age groups (Early Childhood, Middle, High). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team. If you have an active SLP license in Oregon and are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Provide speech therapy services to students from Early Childhood through High School (multiple caseloads).
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure seamless communication and effective support for students.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student, tracking progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Active SLP License: Hold an active SLP license in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple caseloads (approximately 60 students).
  • Availability: Be available to work full-time, virtually, with a flexible schedule.
