Job Title: Financial Center Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
Bank of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Center Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial center leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a financial center, collaborating with senior team members, and ensuring the operational excellence of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the teller line
- Ensure adherence to day-to-day policy and procedure
- Improve financial center performance through coaching and leadership
- Manage client traffic and foster client retention
- Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Effective collaborator with strong relationships
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
- Confident in identifying solutions for clients and resolving problems independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality
- Bilingual skills
