About the Role

Cassia is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Moose Lake Village. As a LPN Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Notify Clinical Manager and attending physicians of significant changes in resident condition
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Current MN Nursing license
  • CPR preferred but not required
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Desire to care for the older population and others in need
