Position Summary
As a Soccer Match Official at Arena Sports, you play a vital role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and structured environment for both Adult and Youth League participants. Your efforts contribute to an outstanding customer experience while fostering sportsmanship and fair play in accordance with indoor soccer regulations.

In addition to officiating matches, you will oversee team rosters and field areas during your shifts, ensuring effective communication with League Managers regarding any relevant information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer games with professionalism and consistency, adhering to Arena Sports standards
    • Review game schedules and rosters
    • Identify players requiring waivers or league payments
    • Welcome teams as they enter the field
    • Officiate matches while assisting players in understanding indoor soccer rules
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for league participants and spectators
  • Relay important information to League Managers, including customer follow-ups, team payments, or instances of foul play
  • Maintain a tidy and organized field and player bench area
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:
  • Soccer Match Officials should be professional, passionate about the sport, dependable, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience as a referee is not mandatory (training will be provided).
