POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a customer-centric sales environment where our core values guide all operational activities.

This role involves executing various sales support functions, including inventory management, merchandise processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe that our team is the best place to thrive, learn, and develop.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, labeled, and easily accessible for restocking the sales floor, reorganizing products as necessary to optimize storage space.
  • Guarantees that new merchandise is displayed and represented promptly.
  • Accurately enters all receiving documents into the inventory system, matching merchandise invoices to received items as applicable. Completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensures visual merchandising materials, props, and signage are received and organized promptly, properly storing stockroom supplies such as hangers and sign holders.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notifies management regarding cash supply requirements.
  • Assists with visual merchandising directives, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as instructed.
  • Aids in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in stock management or cashier roles preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Capability to work efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product placement techniques is desirable.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and management.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this position to ensure adequate coverage for company objectives. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Continuous walking/standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift).
