About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Linum Consult. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the EPC construction sector in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our customer base within the assigned market
  • Identify and qualify new prospects, and promote sales in the industrial, warehousing, and data centre markets
  • Establish and maintain a trustworthy local network of commercial partnerships with logistics real estate developers, architects, 3PL, end users, brokers, project managers, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to identify key drivers and decision-makers for each project, and adjust negotiations and proposals to demonstrate our value and contribution to the project
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Engineering
  • At least 10 years' proven experience in a Business Development or Key Account Management role for industrial and logistics real estate projects in the construction of logistical/industrial facilities
  • Excellent technical understanding of EPC projects, VOB, and HOAIStrong, established network to potential customers and industry partners
  • Operational and confident client-facing skills
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
