Position Overview:

In this role, you will be essential in delivering respiratory care to patients across diverse medical environments.

This position offers the chance to significantly impact patient lives and enhance their health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify suitable respiratory therapy interventions.
  • Provide respiratory therapy services, which encompass oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Assess and monitor patient reactions to therapies, making necessary modifications to treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare colleagues to create and execute comprehensive patient care strategies.
  • Instruct patients and their families on effective respiratory care practices and equipment operation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in medical records.
  • Follow strict infection control guidelines and ensure a hygienic and safe working environment.
Qualifications:

  • Profound understanding of hospital practices and respiratory therapy methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of human anatomy and physiology, particularly regarding the respiratory system.
  • Experience in various healthcare environments, including hospitals and specialized clinics.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to facilitate patient education and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology associated with respiratory care practices and conditions.
