Job Summary

Kubat HealthCare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our Old Mill Location. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing excellent one-on-one patient care and delivering, setting up, and instructing patients on the use of respiratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and consultation to medical personnel on respiratory equipment and supplies
  • Develop and maintain plans of service for patients who rent equipment
  • Perform diagnostic or therapeutic studies ordered by physicians and report results to the ordering physician
  • Maintain home care records on all respiratory patients
  • Ensure new patients are processed in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate with physicians and other referral sources as needed
  • Assist with inventory control of respiratory products
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe working environment
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and certification requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable
  • Valid Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioner license
