Job Title: Associate Scientific Director, Oncology

Job Summary:

Clinical Education Alliance (CEA) is a global leader in providing innovative and impactful healthcare education, insights, and communications. As an Associate Scientific Director, Oncology, you will play a key role in developing and managing content for continuing medical education (CME) activities across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Scientific Director in creating new content and editing content submitted by freelancers or faculty members.
  • Identify and work collaboratively with expert faculty members and writers.
  • Assign projects to freelance contributors and supporting staff.
  • Prepare and finalize content for publication or presentation.
  • Attend and/or participate remotely in key medical conferences, contributing to the editing and/or writing of conference coverage programs.
  • Manage a workload consisting of multiple projects with one or more content components, ensuring on-time completion of all deliverables.

Education/Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience as a medical writer/editor or equivalent.
  • BA/BS degree (Biological Sciences, English, or Communications preferred).
  • Working knowledge of recent advances in clinical medicine and therapeutics.
