  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the executive team and board of directors on research progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives, preparing and presenting scientific findings to internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Cell/Molecular Biology, or a related field, with postdoctoral experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a research leadership role, with a strong background in iPSC technology and neuroscience, and a proven track record of managing research teams and successful project execution.
  • Skills: Expertise in iPSC biology, stem cell technology, and neuroscience research, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring scientists, and fostering a collaborative research environment.
