Rental Equipment Technician

Job Summary: Frank's Supply Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Rental Equipment Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental equipment
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide clear instructions and safety guidelines to customers on equipment operation
- Load and unload equipment for customers as per contracts
- Record any damaged or missing equipment, including hour meter readings and fuel levels when applicable
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and yard
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including governmental, company, and equipment-related regulations
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Valid driver's license
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Some rental experience preferred
- Punctuality and reliability
