Role Responsibilities:
This position will work in close partnership with engineering and testing teams to formulate a thorough risk management strategy and ensure its implementation aligns with the program timeline to facilitate market launch.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive demeanor, gathering and disseminating validation data, coordinating efforts across global testing facilities, and ensuring synchronization with various vehicle integration initiatives.

Key Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with engineering, safety, compliance, and testing teams to create and uphold a precise Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) that minimizes risk and supports timelines across all truck divisions.
  • Assisting program management with details regarding the validation budget, including testing equipment.
  • Ensuring that comprehensive testing strategies are developed and aligned with powertrain and vehicle programs.
  • Providing written and verbal updates to convey status, changes, risks, and gaps in vehicle program timelines while identifying areas for enhancement.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 10% travel (domestic and international).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Previous experience with risk management techniques such as DFMEA and DVP&R.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and written reports to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with a team to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to grow personally and professionally, with a readiness to learn and implement new processes and techniques.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• A personable and engaging attitude, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Prior experience managing data using Excel or similar tools.
