Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Multimodality Radiology Technologist I to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and CT scan procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic and CT scan procedures, including preparing and positioning patients, adjusting technical factors, and administering contrast media.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of radiographic and CT scan equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide radiation protection to patients, staff, and self, adhering to prescribed safety standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
  • Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certification.
  • ARRT (CT) certification within 24 months of hire.
  • ARRT (Rad Tech) certification.
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
