About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic and CT scan procedures, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of radiographic and CT scan equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Adjust technical factors to minimize radiation exposure and optimize image quality.
  • Administer contrast media as required, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Verify patient charts for lab results and allergies prior to administering IV contrast.
  • Provide radiation protection to patients, staff, and self, adhering to prescribed safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
  • Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certification.
  • ARRT (CT) certification within 24 months of hire.
  • ARRT (Rad Tech) certification.
  • Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
