Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at APR Consulting, Inc.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate, and courteous resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorization processing
  • Claim research
  • Coordinating translation services
  • Primary Care Provider changes

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HCPC codes
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems
