The Digital Marketing Strategist is a key role in our team, responsible for developing and executing online acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth for Paycor's products. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute online lead generation campaigns to meet aggressive qualified lead generation goals.
- Partner with digital marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to recommend and implement online lead generation campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales team to report on hot lead and inbound call volume against goals to ensure lead follow-up best practices and opportunity conversion goals are met.
- Develop and present learnings with actionable insights and recommendations.
- 3+ years of proven B2B experience with online marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, English, Communications, Public Relations or related field required.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with digital acquisition strategies such as pay-per-click, pay-per-lead strategies, demand gen programs, search engine marketing, and call tracking programs.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating-all while measuring performance against KPIs.
- Google Tag Manager experience a plus.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing Automation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well in written and verbal forms with internal teams and vendors.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills and attention to details.
- Familiar with how to leverage CRM reporting for campaign analysis and showcasing results.
- Experienced in MS Office.
