Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Efficiently completing work orders and special projects.
  • Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests.
  • Managing apartment turnover processes, including:
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Drywall repair
    • Painting
    • Appliance repair/replacement
  • Providing exceptional service to residents in a friendly and customer-focused manner.
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical systems.
  • Responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by management, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Assisting in the daily upkeep of the property’s exterior to maintain a clean and appealing curbside appearance.
  • Performing housekeeping duties as needed, including snow removal during winter months.
  • Conducting maintenance of pools, spas, and related areas, if applicable.

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have experience in the hospitality sector or multifamily housing. Essential skills include:

  • Excellent customer service abilities and basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong background in plumbing, electrical work, appliance maintenance, and painting.
