Job Title: Form/Pattern Maker

Job Summary:

MFG Construction & Water Products is seeking a skilled Form/Pattern Maker to join our team. As a Form/Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating molds and plugs for the manufacturing of parts using various types of wood and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret part prints and create molds according to blueprint specifications.
  • Develop CAD drawings to design forms and molds.
  • Cutting and trimming wood to fit design requirements.
  • Operate various power tools, including saws, drills, routers, and sanders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous woodworking experience required.
  • Finish carpentry and furniture making experience a plus.
  • CAD experience required.
  • Previous pattern making and form making experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Working Conditions:

The Form/Pattern Maker will work in a manufacturing environment with moderate physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
