Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with service requests, address customer questions quickly and efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Receive and process all customer account transactions and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Needs Assessment: Identify customers' financial service needs and advise customers on promotional items and services that match their needs.
  • Communication: Answer phones, route calls and inquires to appropriate staff as needed, and maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to maintain multiple tasks while maintaining composure, ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select the appropriate course of action in an unbiased manner, advanced customer relationship skills, strong math and analytical skills, ability to collaborate with peers and management in a professional manner, ability to demonstrate initiative, diligence and strong organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
