**Responsibilities:**

The Patient Registration I position is responsible for registering patients while demonstrating strong guest relations and exceptional customer service. This includes reviewing scheduled outpatient visits, ensuring payer sources and payment arrangements have been discussed, and assisting patients with financial assistance forms and Medicaid applications.

**Requirements:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous registration or scheduling experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work effectively in teams, and have a strong understanding of compliance and legally required registration forms.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Previous experience with patient processing software and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are preferred.

**Education:**

A high school diploma is required, and one or more years of medical office or customer service experience is preferred.
