About the Role
  • Job Summary: As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field phone calls from customers needing HVAC services.
  • Outbound calling to customers with scheduling, appointment reminders, and collecting payments.
  • Make and receive phone calls from technicians to communicate and prioritize work assignments.
  • Provide logistical support to the field to ensure maximum output per man-hour.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in HVAC or related trades.
  • High School graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills (reading and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
