Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at 310 Technology. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing timely and accurate support for their HVAC needs.
Key Responsibilities- Field phone calls from customers requesting HVAC services and respond in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments, collect payments, and provide updates on the status of their requests.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to prioritize work assignments, dispatch them to customer locations, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry or a related trade.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
