Job Summary
Total Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working in an outpatient dialysis center, providing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for building relationships with patients and their families, delivering high-quality care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
