Program Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Delta Health Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Social Services department, you will be responsible for implementing and operating services associated with our programs in the Mississippi Delta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and operations of services associated with Delta Health Alliance programs.
- Provide advocacy services and support to survivors of relationship violence, stalking, and sexual assault or abuse and their dependents.
- Establish partnerships with local clinics, law enforcement, courts, hospitals, and social resource coordinators to enhance the services provided by the program.
- Collaborate with DHA staff and partners to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, legal advocacy, and court accompaniment for DART victims.
- Refer clients to other agencies and resources and advocate directly with other agencies as needed to help clients access necessary services.
- Maintain service partnerships with referral agencies and assess immediate crisis needs of clients and address appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls and walk-ins and complete necessary documentation.
- Provide crisis line and office coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Level Social Work degree with two (2) years of experience as a social worker in the Mississippi Delta.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer literacy required.
