Autumn Care of Shallotte: A Leader in Long-Term Care
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
