Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is seeking an Experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Helen Hunt Health Center in Old Town, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care practice with a focus on providing integrated healthcare services.
The ideal candidate will have completed the required 24-month supervision period and have a passion for delivering high-quality mental health care. As a key member of the PCHC team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
