We are seeking a Desktop Support Provider to provide high-quality primary care services to patients at our site(s). This position will also play a crucial role in supporting other medical providers within PCHC by reviewing and analyzing patient labs, imaging, consult notes, phone notes, and other medical data in patient charts. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of information essential for delivering high-quality patient care. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year.
This is a hybrid position, where you will spend time working in a primary care role as well as having specific hours devoted to desktop support. There is much flexibility depending on your schedule interests. The position requires a high level of proficiency in reviewing and interpreting laboratory results, imaging studies, and other clinical data. You must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with medical providers and health care teams. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently is required.
