About the Role

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Training Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance training program, developing and implementing a schedule to conduct training for all maintenance personnel, and facilitating the DuPont Training Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the DuPont Training Program, including implementation and execution.
  • Track and document team members' progress through the training program, providing feedback to management and union representatives as needed.
  • Provide timely feedback to team members on their progression through the training program.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify team members' hands-on training and comprehension.
  • Develop and maintain testing lab equipment and classroom facilities.
  • Continually develop and improve training curriculum to meet the needs of our plant.
  • Develop, distribute, and maintain key performance indicators, including related graphs and documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from a technical or trade school (preferred).
  • Multi-skilled maintenance background (desired).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead people towards achieving personal and plant results.
  • Goal-oriented and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (preferred).
  • Strong writing and computer skills.
