Maintenance Trainer Superintendent

As a key member of the Pilgrim's team, the Maintenance Trainer Superintendent plays a vital role in managing the maintenance training program. This includes developing and implementing a schedule to conduct training for all maintenance personnel.

The successful candidate will facilitate the DuPont Training Program, which consists of training modules, hands-on lab, and field training. They will be responsible for tracking and documenting the progress of each team member and providing feedback to the management team and union.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the DuPont Training Program, including implementation and execution.
  • Track and document team members' progress through the training program and provide feedback to management.
  • Provide timely feedback to team members on their progression through the training program.
  • Verify team members' hands-on training and comprehension in the plant.
  • Develop and maintain testing lab equipment and classroom.
  • Continually develop and improve the training curriculum to meet the needs of the plant.
  • Develop, distribute, and maintain key performance indicators, including related graphs and documents.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree from a technical or trade school, with a multi-skilled maintenance background. They must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead people, and be goal-oriented with root cause analysis skills. Experience with Microsoft Suite is preferred, as well as strong writing and computer skills.

The Maintenance Trainer Superintendent will be a key contributor to the success of the Pilgrim's maintenance team, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill this critical role.
