- Monitor and Improve Production Processes: Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery to production teams.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as quality, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.

- Experience**: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production manufacturing.
