Compensation Structure: Salary
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with suppliers and vendors effectively
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
- Oversee inventory management
- Assist in the physical movement of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Organize and maintain documentation
- Input receipts accurately
- Order necessary parts and materials
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
- Prior experience in warehouse or purchasing roles is advantageous
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Reliable means of transportation
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Mining credentials are not mandatory
- Ability to work safely and effectively both in a team and independently
- Must successfully pass a post-offer drug screening and background investigation
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Willingness to accept any assigned shift
- Capability to lift items from floor to waist and from waist to overhead
- Ability to push and pull as required
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing, and overhead work
- Capacity to perform heavy labor and lift over 50 pounds when necessary
