Position: E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Manager

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Oversight
    • Manage and supervise all functions related to our Amazon Seller Central account.
    • Assess account health, performance indicators, and sales patterns.
    • Keep abreast of Amazon regulations, policies, and guidelines to ensure adherence.
  • Shipment Coordination
    • Develop and oversee product shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
    • Collaborate with the warehouse team to guarantee precise and timely shipment preparation.
    • Monitor shipments to confirm they arrive at Amazon fulfillment centers without complications.
  • Inventory Management
    • Regularly verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy and avoid stock shortages or excess.
    • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures as necessary, such as initiating removal orders or restocking.
  • Client Support
    • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via Amazon's messaging system.
    • Address customer issues, resolve problems, and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage product reviews and ratings to enhance overall product performance.
  • Case Handling
    • Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support as required, addressing account-related challenges or escalations.
    • Follow up on cases to ensure swift resolution and maintain a positive rapport with Amazon's support team.
  • Record Maintenance
    • Keep organized documentation of all transactions, shipments, and customer interactions for reference and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
