Job Summary

The Payroll and HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the company's payroll processes and HR functions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Manage HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, including hiring, termination, and changes in employment status.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
