Payroll Clerk

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a HR Payroll Clerk. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assisting with HR functions.

• Payday Hero: Calculate paychecks and deductions using payroll software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Accuracy Advocate: Review and reconcile payroll reports for any discrepancies, maintaining a high level of precision.
• Communication Cornerstone: Assist employees with inquiries regarding their payroll information, providing clear and concise answers.
• Record Keeper: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Supporting the HR Team: Assist with general HR functions, providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with using UKG software
• Experience in payroll and HR
• Dependability and reliability - attendance is crucial
• 1-3 years of experience in the same role or relevant to the position
