Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and identify new opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve corporate objectives
  • Manage market intelligence to inform business development strategies and drive sales growth
  • Prepare and present quarterly reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, accomplishments, and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University – Engineering/Technical degree preferred
  • 10+ years prior or related experience in sales/business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in departmental management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Precast concrete or similar manufacturing operation
