Berman Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Executive Director to drive growth and expansion of our private healthcare clinic in Naples, Florida.
We are a privately owned and self-funded company with a proven track record of success since 2015. Our current two locations in downtown Naples have a business plan to expand to five or more in the next three to five years.
This role requires someone with experience in managing and opening new locations, recruiting and developing a team, and executing a growth strategy. You will be responsible for leading your team, making key business decisions, and ensuring the financial success of the company.
As an Executive Director, you will have full autonomy to implement your own ideas and strategies to drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with the CEO to execute the company's vision and mission.
We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated and results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in a fast-growing service-based business. You should have experience in managing sales growth, opening new locations, and recruiting and developing a team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
- Develop and implement processes and systems to drive profitability
- Ensure 20% profitability as the company grows
- Establish Berman Physical Therapy and Berman Health and Wellness as the top choice for physical therapists, physician assistants, and dietitians
- Build a 5-star recruitment process and culture
- Develop a 5-star customer service reputation
- Work with marketing and finance to drive business growth and profitability
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team in a customer-focused service-based business
- Ability to recruit, develop, and grow a team and business
- Understanding of key business metrics and KPIs
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to effectively prioritize and delegate
- Critical and strategic thinking ability
