Job Title: Juvenile Justice Shift Administrator

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Administrator to join our team. As a Shift Administrator, you will play a critical role in the success of our juvenile justice programs, working closely with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our youth.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate residential programming, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our services.
  • Serve as the milieu, adhering to program contracts, DYS, DEEC, and Eliot's policies and procedures.
  • Commit to the principles of Positive Youth Development and Trauma-Informed Care, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for our youth.
  • Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with funding and licensing sources.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining all assigned staff.
  • Provide in-shift training, modeling, coaching, and feedback to staff.
  • Facilitate and attend all meetings associated with the operation of the program, including administrative, staff, shift change, and treatment team meetings.
  • Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation.
  • Facilitate and participate in orientation, training, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in residential and/or secure settings.
  • Experience working with the specific population, including youthful offenders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • MA Driver's License.
Compensation:

$55,000-$60,000 annually.
