Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Facilitate daily schedules, including activities, chores, and meal service, to promote a sense of structure and routine.
  • Transport clients to community outings and meetings, ensuring safe and legal transportation.
  • Document client progress and communicate with professional staff as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in behavioral health treatment settings, preferably with adolescents.
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
