Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Facilitate daily schedules, including activities, chores, and meal service, to promote a sense of structure and routine.
- Transport clients to community outings and meetings, ensuring safe and legal transportation.
- Document client progress and communicate with professional staff as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in behavioral health treatment settings, preferably with adolescents.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
