Job Title: Associate Team Leader

At H&R Block, we're looking for a motivated and organized Associate Team Leader to support our retail office during tax season. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality and consistent execution of our Service Standards, providing daily operations direction for the tax office, and serving as a point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader in ensuring quality and consistent execution of our Service Standards
  • Provide daily operations direction for the tax office, including scheduling and conflict resolution
  • Serve as a point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns
  • Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines
  • Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work a flexible schedule
