Building Maintenance Specialist

Sentral Services LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain cleanliness and order within our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the building premises
- Perform floor cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Ensure windows and mirrors are kept clean
- Sanitize doors, door handles, countertops, and tabletops
- Restock and maintain restroom supplies
- Manage waste disposal and trash removal
- Keep a cleaning log to track areas that have been cleaned and inspected
- Replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Organize janitorial storage spaces
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to adhere to safety and security protocols
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate standard janitorial equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to following schedules and meeting obligations
- Ability to take direction from supervisors
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
