Position Overview

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing connections and fostering relationships with potential and existing owners. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the advantages of vacationing with Wyndham Destinations while maintaining a positive demeanor in a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging in-person presentations at our award-winning sales centers.
  • Identify common interests with prospective and current owners.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of choosing Wyndham Destinations for travel.
  • Drive sales by initiating transactions and employing effective closing strategies, with leads provided by the company.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and career development.
  • Deliver presentations that comply with company policies and regulatory standards while achieving performance targets.
  • Stay informed on sales techniques, industry trends, and company updates through regular training sessions and meetings.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Initial paid training will cover our sales methodology, product knowledge, and sales psychology.
  • Ability to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury sales environment is essential.
  • Proficiency with smart devices is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

During the training phase, the hourly wage is set at $16.00, supplemented by commissions and bonuses. Post-training, compensation will align with the state’s minimum wage, along with commissions and bonuses.
