Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for increasing solar awareness, providing expert advice on solar energy, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Represent LGCY Power professionally and become an expert on solar energy
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively
  • This position involves door-to-door sales
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting sales goals
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful and able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industries such as home security, satellite TV, pest control, or home automation
