Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality installations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the installation process
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as necessary under the direction of Master Electrician
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License
  • Valid Texas Driver's license
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Experience in solar PV electrical system installations
  • Willing to occasionally travel within Texas to complete projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others in a supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
  • Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Preferred:

  • OSHA General Industry certifications
  • NABCEP certifications
