Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead healthcare projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage healthcare projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, managed care
- Strong written and verbal collaboration skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project, managing resources and dependencies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through to resolve issues
- Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and resolve issues that may affect delivery
- Experience with Process Improvement Methodology, including defining and documenting business process workflows
- Proven ability to work closely with the business community and developers in a tactful and productive manner
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, project plan
- Able to articulate and follow the project management and SDLC lifecycles
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM framework
- Project Management Certificate is highly desirable
- Certified SCRUM Master is highly desirable
