Job Description

Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead healthcare projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage healthcare projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, managed care
  • Strong written and verbal collaboration skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, managing resources and dependencies
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through to resolve issues
  • Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and resolve issues that may affect delivery
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodology, including defining and documenting business process workflows
  • Proven ability to work closely with the business community and developers in a tactful and productive manner
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, project plan
  • Able to articulate and follow the project management and SDLC lifecycles
  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM framework
  • Project Management Certificate is highly desirable
  • Certified SCRUM Master is highly desirable
