Job Responsibilities

  • Provide reception coverage and distribute office mail
  • Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and HR events
  • Maintain calendars of HR management team members
  • Set up new employee workstations and ensure they have necessary supplies
  • Organize and take minutes during departmental meetings
  • Prepare required paperwork for employees under guidance of HR management
  • Complete termination paperwork and schedule exit interviews
  • Assist with organization of company-sponsored events and activities
  • Prepare and update basic human resource reports and spreadsheets
  • Create and/or update documents, departmental forms, correspondence, and org charts as assigned
  • Manage employee files and update records in various HR systems
  • Support other members of the Human Resources Department with various responsibilities and special projects
