Role Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to IT mobile application projects.
  • Assist in testing, overseeing offshore development, or utilizing prototyping tools for design purposes.
  • Create and develop IT-related graphs, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support the development and testing of new tools, such as IT service kiosks and customer satisfaction metrics systems.
  • Configure computers with specialized engineering software.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Provide detailed reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule during the academic semester.
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems program.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
  • Preference for students at the sophomore level or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong writing, problem-solving, data analysis, verbal communication, organizational, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, take initiative, and exhibit creativity.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting purposes.
