Software Business Analyst

The Software Business Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping the project from its inception, facilitating communication between the development team and clients. This role will ensure that software is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Capture, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into system functionality, including designing and configuring workflows.
- Interact with clients and project team members throughout all phases of system development.
- Coordinate with the development team and customer to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain updated applications documentation and training materials.
- Participate in, lead, or coordinate end-user training.
- Assist in preparing the testing strategy and test plans, guiding user acceptance testing.
- Assist in testing efforts to ensure issues are identified and solutions match requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to present articulate and compelling proposals to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with state machine workflow diagrams.
- Focus on problem-solving and solution development.
- Self-motivated and resourceful.
- Active listener.
- Experience with testing tools and end-user training.
- SQL, Python, Drupal, and Salesforce skills are a plus.
