Catheterization Laboratory Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Christus Health is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Coordinator to join our team. As a Cath Lab Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Catheterization Laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and daily associate assignments to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate associate onboarding and evaluations to ensure a seamless transition and continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and minimize risks to patients, associates, and physicians.
- Collaborate with department leadership to manage labor and supply utilization, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
- Focus on patient and associate satisfaction, as well as associate development and growth.
- Operate and maintain equipment, computers, and digital imaging/processing equipment in the Cath Lab.
- Perform duties such as scrub assistant, procedure documentation, hemodynamic monitoring, patient transportation, and safe X-ray equipment operation/digital processing as needed.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- **Licenses & Certifications:**
- C-ARRT - RT(R) ARRT
- L-RN Single-state
- L-RN Multistate
