Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angioplasty, stenting, and other cardiovascular interventions.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, test results, and procedure notes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with a focus on cardiovascular imaging.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience in a catheterization laboratory or related field is preferred.
