Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Chico. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Responsibilities:- Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
- Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
- Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required.
- Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
- Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
- Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
- Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
